Attend daily job allotted by the shutdown supervisor, procuring the work permit and coordinate with the control room operators for attending the jobs.
•Administer preventive maintenance of fire alarm system.(check up and cleaning of smoke detectors, batteries inside FM 200 control panel, make a routine fire alarm activation quarterly basis.
•Attend safety training conducted at the plant and listen to Fire & safety instructions and apply them in practice, also attended the jobs called by the operations and rectified the problem face by them.
•Performed flow validation of chilled water supply pipe lines and return, using Ultrasonic and Electromagnetic transmitter.
• Calibration of Differential Pressure Switch, Pressure Transmitter and motorize control valves.
•RTD verification of Chilled water supply to customer, and also on plant chillers flow.
•Perform preventive maintenance of 3.3KV Soft starter
for chillers condenser motor and also for VFD for
cooling towers.
Supervised electronics group and cater preventive maintenance of Fire Alarm
System.
FM 200, VFD for motors, control actuators and UPS.
•Reporting to site manager regarding equipment issue and attain some clients
Service complain.
•Rectify all issue related to fire alarm, process motors, VFD and power outage
within the jobsite.
•Coordinate SCADA operators in power plants incase having a system fault
detected and make an immediate action to clear the fault.
Rectify defective lights inside the project and also electrical related issue.
Performed functional test of wimax small head trx board, modem, site controller and alarm using common functional test bench (CFTB).
•Debugging of circuit boards alarm, modem, and site controller.
•Updating daily tracker for WIP boards and disseminate to engineers and production supervisor.
•Provide test fixture setup for common functional test bench.
•Reporting to manufacturing supervisors, managers and engineers regarding line issues uptime and downtime of the equipment including corrective actions, thru email.
Provide commissioning assignment of uninterrupted power supply & troubleshooting schemes, issue service report to costumer after service, bench repair of uninterrupted power supply circuit boards such as logic board, inverter drive and charger board.
•Provide product demonstration to the client and attain service call, our goal is to meet total customer satisfaction by giving a quality service support.
RF ( Hf, Vhf, Uhf )
Test maintenance engineer back end
•Provide line support of all equipment operational issue includes line sustaining, set up and calibration in top mark and advance packaging machine.
•Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanism, escalate equipment operational issue through email reporting and address to manufacturing managers and fellow engineers.
•Initiate a project to improve equipment performance.
•Actively cooperate in compliance of 5S, EMS 14001 and Kaizen in production area.
•Assigned to update equipment documents such as daily utilization, overall equipment efficiency.
Provide maintenance mobile support of all military radio sites in Saudi Arabia, bench working on radio circuit boards such as power amplifier, radio power supply, ac/dc converter, hf, vhf, uhf radio.
Provide test performance on all radio equipment using signal generator, power meter, audio analyzer, attenuator and frequency counter.
Assigned to conduct parts inventory used in bench repair.
