system);
• Administrating and maintaining management systems: Scalix (Mail Server), Charisma
(payroll&admin), GuestWare (guest satisfaction reporting tool), Materials Control
(purchasing tool);
• Offering support in order to ensure the compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data
Security Standard, as per SOX and hotel IT audit requirements;
• Responsible for the entire IT inventory;
