Coordinating and managing of the BIM model (responsible for 27 storey residential tower);
Designing of apartment layouts;
Coordination of the projects with designers of different sectors;
Creating technical specifications and detailed drawings;

Office buildings, sports and recreation objects, swimming pools. The most substantial project - recreation complex of indoor swimming pools with the Olympic size pool in Lublin City / Poland. The size of designs ranged between 4000 - 14 000 sqm.

Coordination of projects with designers of different sectors;
Inspection regarding the design, structure specifications and materials;
Leading on-site meetings with different design parties;

Devising the design compliant with the client requirements;
Coordinating design parties to complete projects’ documentation;
