Need to take lab scale trials for new products and improvement in existing product
• Coordination with production team for commercial trial of lab scale proven products as per guidelines
• Gathering information, ingredients and samples from different sources of new product trials and
improvement in existing.
• Complete analysis (Physico-chemical, microbial, and sensory) of different products, competitors, existing
and trialed.
• Regular updates on FSSAI, legal metrology and various other standard related to dairy and food
• Responsible for R&D activities of milk products and enrichment in terms of nutritional superiority.
• Proactively assure quality by ensuring SOP adherence, PRP’s, Hygiene, validating the process, design and
implementing the HACCP, conducting internal audits, coordinating with external FSMS(ISO:22000),
legal and other audits/ visits etc.
• Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into and out of the company
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget

Development and mechanism action of process line for dairy products
• Transfer of technology by evaluation of client’s facilities, conducting product trails, facilitating training of
QA/Production personnel, trouble shooting and continuous up gradation of technology.
• Selection/standardization of analytical techniques for studying physics- chemical, textural, sensory,
microbiological and biotechnological parameters for dairy and food products.
• Providing technical inputs on issues related to dairy products & technology for dissemination to internal &
external agencies
• Interact on with food ingredient and packaging material suppliers as well as with all the related
stakeholders for pro

Maintaining the clean and safe environment pre /post trails of the batch
• Maintaining accurate documentation regarding the operations
• Conducting training programs to the operators on food safety and personal hygiene
• Monitoring the processing operations and controlling the operations without any deviation in the SOP
given by the management
• Monitoring the raw, semi-finished, and finished goods quality as per SOP
• Ensure and monitor product traceability mechanism for the entire food chain
