i have been nominated since more than 2 years as a department head for the heavy house hold, with carrefour qatar
heavy house hold the full electronic department that is devide into 7 sections ( photo, mobility, laptops and computer acc., TV, HIFI, Goods and appliances)
for every section we have 1 manager that he is handeling all the details related to purchasing and saling area layout.
all the section managers & their sales team are reporting to the DH and the main role that i am playing is to handle this team and to guide them how to reach our budgets assigned for us
in addition all the national promotion and what is import deals are the DH responsibility.
all what is related to training moduls and carreer development is the responsability of the DH since he is the only one who will be condcusting trainings to his team that can help to reach the yearly goals
in addition the yearly budget and sales strategy are mainely done by the Dh and a split is distributed to all the section managers that can help them t
o define their goals and the way they will be planing for the upcoming events.
i have been working with Mira B for more than 5 years, the main sector that Mira B is operation is the retail because they are the official distributor of RadioShack in lebanon and they are operation 7 stores for the same brand
in addition we were handling more than 9 exclusive brands ( electronics brand and gadgets like : buffalo routers, archos, led lenser, sitel, dicota, travel blue..)
the postion that i have been handeling was local purchasing manager then we shifted to local and import purchasing manger
after 2 years in this position i have been nominated as brand manager for all the import brands mentioned above.
i achieved with my professional sales team good records in term of sales and market share.
