3. Chairing meetings with large groups of stakeholders and collaborating with the BOD on all executive level decisions.

4. In alliance with the BOD, reviewing contracts and managing deliverables with the above mentioned firms and institutions.

5. Organizes project teams throughout the documentation and construction phases

Time Line: 2.5 years from planning, zoning, design, design development, fund raising

Description: I have worked in close proximity to SOM (NYC Office) and WSP (Dubai Office) in the design and development of a the Trinitaria Tower in downtown Dubai. The high-rise structure consists of over 750, 000 square feet of built-up area over 32 floors. The project consists of 245 hotel apartments, restaurants & amenities. My role as 'Director of Projects' allowed me the opportunity to lead and steer the project within the directives of the BOD. I was also entrusted to negotiate the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA), & lead relationships with financial institutions & other parties.
