Hospitality Project: To represent the client and board of directors in leading the design and project efforts for the Melia Hotel ( 5 Star Property) in downtown Dubai.
My role at Iconic Developments as 'Director of Projects' consisted of the following activities:
1. Nominate, select and manage relationships and contracts with all external consultants such as: Architectural Firms, Legal Firms, Specialist Hospitality Advisors, Hotel Operators, Financial Institutions and other stake holders.
2. Actively engaging the business fundamentals of Architecture & Design: powerful & creative concept delivery, client leadership, business development, financial oversight, design quality, project delivery
3. Chairing meetings with large groups of stakeholders and collaborating with the BOD on all executive level decisions.
4. In alliance with the BOD, reviewing contracts and managing deliverables with the above mentioned firms and institutions.
5. Organizes project teams throughout the documentation and construction phases
6. Manages schedules with teams
7. Communicates on a daily basis with client and contractors
8. Reviews internal budgets with account management staff
9. Manages projections for future budget forecasts

Project: Trinitaria Tower
Project Value: 375, 000, 000 Million AED
Time Line: 2.5 years from planning, zoning, design, design development, fund raising
Description: I have worked in close proximity to SOM (NYC Office) and WSP (Dubai Office) in the design and development of a the Trinitaria Tower in downtown Dubai. The high-rise structure consists of over 750, 000 square feet of built-up area over 32 floors. The project consists of 245 hotel apartments, restaurants & amenities. My role as 'Director of Projects' allowed me the opportunity to lead and steer the project within the directives of the BOD. I was also entrusted to negotiate the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA), & lead relationships with financial institutions & other parties.
Hospitality Project: My role at 'Richmond Properties' consisted of the following activities:
1. Liaising with clients & developing creative concepts and design solutions.
2. Presented design schemes and proposals to clients and investors.
3. Developing project teams Coordinating with contractors.
4. Financial Modeling and Collaborating with banks and other financial institutions.
5. Mentorship of junior staff members.
