Contracts administration: develop, evaluate, and administer company contracts with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors. • Projects Scheduling: develop, review, and manage projects construction schedules with applicable attributes. • Cost Control, Change and Claims management: review budgets, expenses and prepare cost reports, invoices, variation orders and compensation claim development and processing.
Job responsibilities:
- Managed and directed various small projects dedicated for building new facilities and renovating company assets.
- Prepared and managed bids and tenders for oil & gas plants, power plants and water treatment plants in line with company and clients requirements such as Lebanon Photovoltaic Farms 15MW (, LNG regasification FSRU and others.
- Prepared, developed and reviewed electrical, instrumentation, control and power design drawings and calculation notes for khenchara WWTP 8M$(OTV-Veolia), Bahsas oil depot 150K$(Tazweed), Total Beirut on-shore drilling
base 400K$ and Bedyal oil terminal (Lepaserve) security systems 650K$.
- Developed business with baseline schedule, execution budget and expenditure statements and forecasts for different projects i.e. Bahsas oil depot (150K$), Lepaserve security systems (650K$) and Basra WSIP-P3-P4 O&M (17.6M$).
- Refurbished, improved and renovated steam generating 6000 TPH boiler including ancillaries for Lepaserve.
- Represented the client and performed technical and financial advisory role in business joint ventures with Chaddad Group, OTV-Veolia and others.
- Prepared PMC Contracts, tender documents and agreements for company various projects in Europe, Africa and Gulf.
- Project management and execution for company projects in Lepaserve, Tazweed and Beirut port. including weekly progress meetings and reports and monthly executive reports with earned value and P&L analysis.
- Read, analyzed and reviewed tender's documents and provided relevant breakdown cost estimates, time schedules and reports for discrepancies, resources deployment and value engineering in addition to contractual terms risks.
- Acquired suppliers' offers and quotations for all electrical, communication, security and instrumentation systems and validated them versus technical and commercial requirements and specifications.
- Studied client requirements and prepared electrical design and budget for EPC design & build projects such as water desalination and treatment plants, waste water treatment plants and infrastructure networks in MENA and GULF.
- Prepared bids and estimates that contributed and lead to the award of high rise buildings and mega projects in Lebanon and GULF countries in residential, commercial, industrial and governmental sectors with average of 40
submitted tenders per year.
- Supervised, assisted and lead junior estimators and quantity surveyors to submit complete proper proposal.

Design Review, preparation of BOQ, preparation of All Electrical Shop drawings, MTO and Execution of all electro-mechanical works at Habtour Hospital at Hrar Akkar in Lebanon. this include but not limited to the following:
- Power / Lighting / Earthing and Lightning Protection / Fire Alarm / Voice and Data / Public Address / nurse call.
- Water Supply / Waste and drainage / Exhaust and ventilation / HVAC / Medical Gas / Fire fighting.
I was promoted to Electrical Project Engineer in july 2009.
Execute all the activities related to Electrical, Instrumentation & Communication Installations of the Industrial facilities inside GOSP4 (Aramco project). Execute the drawings in comply with the Specs and the Standards, Solve technical matters, control manpower & efficiency, prepare submittals, order materials and impose safety instructions and rules.
Work on the following systems:
Electrical: Utilities power and lighting, Fire alarm, Lightning Protection, Grounding and Cable Trays.
Telecom: Building Structured Cabling, ISP, OSP Copper and Fiber Optic and Paging.
Instrumentation: CCTV, Gas Detection, Emergency Siren and DCS.
Electrical Pre-Commissioning and Testing: pumps, motors, cables, transformers and control panels.
Scheduling and Cost Control Engineer for Najran Cement Plant Line 1(6, 000tpd), Line 2(3, 000tpd) & Cement Grinding Unit with a revenue of 400M $.
Work on the following:
Develop the baseline schedule on Primavera 3.1 with resources loading.
Prepare Baseline Budget and associated Cash-flow.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress report and control efficiency.
Prepare Monthly Executive Report for the costs at completion based on actual financial results.
Update the baseline schedule with associated two weeks look-ahead.
Prepare the monthly invoice and sub-contractors evaluations.
Monitor and review the requirements for manpower, equipments and vehicles and identify areas of weaknesses.
Prepare the change orders and manage the variation claims.
schedule for generators assembly, panel boards assembly, soundproofs production, installations, inspections and repairs.
control the production and maintenance staff and give job orders and programms.
coordinnate with branches for production and deliveries.
Identify the dynamic parameters for a surgical robot (D2M2).
Worked with the simulation software SYMORO and apply tests on physical robot D2M2 with actual readings through forces, position, speed and acceleration sensors positioned on and around the arms.
Design an interface between Matlab and Labview for default diagnosis and prediction. working on the interface and programming the signal processing for the centrifugal oil pumps.
Global view on transformers fabrication process and panel boards (Medium Voltage) assembly assistant.
General overview, Site follows up, Shop drawing, quantity take-off for many projects.
Examine and control the electrical bill of quantities for ″Spinneys Tripoli″.
