Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services
Improving margins and maintaining a high quality service to clients
Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes
Negotiating contracts, ensuring that they balance value and risk
Implement new business and activities
Establish strong relationship with consultants, contractors and end-user
Create collaboration environment between the staff themselves to cooperate, exchange experience, share information and contacts
Create positive thinking and positive environment to work
Manage all aspects of IT technical matters and provide required guidance to subordinates
Supervise the implementation of the projects to ensure timely completion and quality compliant execution
Ensure that all Projects Team implement relevant procedures including complete project file and continuous written correspondence with clients
Monitor projects execution schedules and follow with the engineers each task to avoid any delay, including availability of resources and materials
Visit various projects sites and attend meetings with clients / consultants to ensure good progress, quality work, and client satisfaction
Ensuring that capacity and capability are continually planned
Propose ideas and method to optimize projects execution and introduce new tools to achieve improvements
Ensuring compliance to all environmental health & safety goals & objectives
Enforcing the company’s policies, principles, and procedures
Ensure invoicing and payment collection with Accounts
Tolerate all problems and issues of the department
Establish the IT network infrastructure department
Managing the whole department to achieve the company’s goals and Targets
