• Implementing OSHSMS -Abu Dhabi -Environment, Health, Safety management System
Responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene.
Ensuring high standards of food quality from point of purchase to meal preparation, cooking and service.
Assist HSE Manager in preparation for HSE Audits from AD EHSMS, , Zones Corp, ISO2200-2005-Internal Audited.
Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced.
Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
Conducting daily inspection regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production, storage areas etc. conducting in house audits coordinating with engineering department to implement preventive and corrective maintenance solving any problems/issues related to food safety
Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation
.Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards Meeting with the
Monitoring of employee’s compliance in following SOPs and usage of PPEs
Monitoring the quality of food & ordering supplies when required.
Coordinate and advise production team in order to avoid the risk of occupational injuries, accidents, environmental incidents and property damage
Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports
Preparing health and safety strategies
Taking action to investigate and address all non-compliance of health and safety guidelines.
Recruiting new staff and training them to a suitable standard.
Dealing with customer complaints.
Incident /accident Investigation
