/Tasks
Handling EMEA region - Managing over 70 Distributors / Agents.
Developing new contacts and opportunities established through a combination of cold-calling, networking, and following up
on leads generated and provided by marketing activities.
Growing the business through developing and maintaining sales plans for each territory and for each account,
including identifying new prospects using multiple sources of sales leads.
Managing, developing, and supervising the sales activities of the assigned/recruited dealers including monthly Pipeline updates,
and ongoing sales/contract activities.
Establishing and maintaining client and partner relationships.
Providing Sales Support: which would include, but not be limited to, Proposal support, Dealer network support, Pipeline/Fore-
cast/Annual Sales plan coordination and the related reports plus weekly sales opportunity updates.
Participating in, organizing, and conducting marketing activities such as:
o Trade shows
o Customer demonstrations
o Product collaterals presentations including specification sheets & white papers
Remaining acutely aware of the competitive landscape, industry trends and evolving standards to develop new product
advancement strategies:
o Consolidating and producing competitor/market data
o Compiling sales projections, forecasts and activity reports using Salesforce CRM tool
Handling Africa & Europe - Managing & dealing with 40 Distributors / Agents.

Studying competitors’ products / services.
Preparing & managing sales / marketing plans and setting the right budget on a quarterly basis.
Participating in the recruitment process of the sales team.
Coaching & training the sales team (product knowledge / selling skills).
Performing clients’ visits in the field with sales team.
Tasks
Handling West Beirut & Ashrafieh area.
Part of the RTI/CNS team handling Klacid, Faverin, Brufen & Betaserc products.
Attending workshops (Selling skills, Product Knowledge, thinking outside the box, 201 ways to get an idea, etc.).
Performing one on one and group meetings with doctors, residents, pharmacists in their private clinics & hospitals.
Preparing with Plant Coordinator and Technical Manager the monthly production schedule.
Assisting Technical Manager in monitoring the needs in material for the execution of production plan.
Estimating the needs in terms of manpower. Selecting qualified employees required for production operations.
In charge of product identification and traceability at all production stages as well as their documentation.
Supervising the execution of production department operations and procedures and ensuring their effectiveness.
Responsible for the execution of calibration instructions, the proper use and cleaning of production equipment as well as the
operations of machines.
Handling the performance appraisal of team members.
