• Preparing yearly bids, gathering quotations and insuring proper data collection and storage.
• Identifying new suppliers while maintaining the olds one to create a diverse cost effective and reliable supplier list.
• Negotiating, renegotiating, and administering contracts with suppliers, vendors to insure that updated market prices.
• Managing logistics and supply activities for the entire university and its branches.
• Yearly Inventory and monthly stock management.
• Supervising preventive maintenance task for the 4 buildings and their utilities.
• Preparing purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
• Preparing monthly reports to management.
• Ensure timely recording of all maintenance activities with detailed log sheet.
• Managing and supervising a team of 65 employees in the billposting and the warehouse departments.
• Scheduling of daily routing and performance of every employee.
• Daily follow up with the sales department to meet daily objectives and generating work progress sheets for the clients.
• Work with HR on employee assessments and training and development needs.
• Work with Finance Department on audit and cost control weekly and yearly.
• Implemented a new GPS system that insures promptness of employees’ routing thus minimising costs and maximising proficiency.
• Re-planned manpower minimising up to 20% of yearly overhead cost.
