Managing Alshaya account, one of the biggest retail franchise operator in the Middle East and increasingly internationally for their Foodservice business in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

• Manage a group of people dedicated to that account effectively and prioritize the various customer demands.

• Collaborate with SC planning team monthly to build a rolling forecast for their respective markets.
• Communicate and follow up with overseas suppliers on orders plus desired information and share updates with SC team.
• Visit and respond to supply chain team communications or queries relevant to the brands and resolve any issue.
• Coordinate with QA team and follow up on any complaint received & observe the relevant checklists to assure that the SOPs are followed.
• Follow up with MHA Cost control and Finance team on weekly SOA and monthly collections.
• Conduct weekly meetings with SC team, Logistics and Clearance, warehouse, operations and quality to assure consistency and maintain high service level.
