Project: Upgrade fire protection and industrial drainage system in South Riyadh Bulk Plant

Industrial drainage system: the scope of work is to add 02 oily water sump pumps, installation of new oil separator, equalization tank, upgrade the industrial drainage with installation of new catch basins, 12 manholes along with underground drainage line, pipe supports and all associated pipe.
Fire protection system: demolition and replacement of the 03 foam skid and upgrade of the fire water line with new line and 09 fire hydrant, and new main line along with replacement of the fire protection sprinkler for the SRBP bays.
Installation of new alarm siren along with fire detection system.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible of all construction activities (Civil, Earthworks, road, pavement Concrete works, Structural works for pipe support, Fire protection system, drainage oil system, building, Temporary Camp Facility, piping scope, work and the execution work for 04 Shutdowns activities, work and final MCC for overall the project.
• Responsible for successful execution of the Project site works in accordance with the Project Schedule, Cost and other KPI’s
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure provision of adequate resources through an efficient work force. Plan aligned with the Construction phases and work priorities to achieve safe and successful Project deliveries.
• Comply with all project SAUDI ARAMCO HSE requirements and standards for Monitoring the activities of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Developing the project construction strategy, execution planning and contracting strategy
• In conjunction with discipline superintendents ensure contractor interfaces are both coordinated and planned to allow effective take-over by follow-on sub-contractors, and efficient access to work areas and job faces

- Drilling well site construction : Earth works and access road concrete works (slabs and cellar), mud pit and water pit excavation, installation of plastic liner for mud and water pit, septic pit concrete works, lighting poles installation, construction of H&P242 and H&P 228 drilling Rig main camp.
- Drilling well sites services: construction of water line from water well to drilling well site and main camp (more than 200 Km of PVC water line).
- Site restoration after drilling operation: treatment of drilling mud, cleaning of well site and cleanup of septic tank as per HSSE and environment specification requirement.
