My main responsibility when I was conducting my practicum at the hotel is to make sure that we attend the guests needs and satisfy them during their all time stay. Being consistent. I am a server at the hotel's buffet outlet, I make sure to focus on what are the needs of the dining guests. I clean up tables and set it up again so that the the next batch of guests will be able to use it. My side duties are polishing cutlery, plates, goblets, folding of table napkins.
This is the first practicum I had. The aim of the restaurant is to provide the guests good food, of course good Pizza because that's the main product we sell there and aside from that good service. Because we want our customers to come back again and again. What I do there is cleaning and setting up tables, polishing cutlery plates and glasses, when I am assigned to have my duty at the kitchen, I usually make crab salad and pizzas. To make it short I have experienced and done all the work at the restaurant.
