Following-up the inquiries and quotations, placing orders, opening letters of credit, materializing deliveries to customers site, etc.
Responsible for all routine office works - Filling, Maintaining Fax Machine, correspondence between principals and buyers utilizing conventional (typewriter) and modern office equipment (PC, Fax, PABX etc.), as well as Keeping Inventory Record. Including visits to customers, and local whole sale markets.
