Provide support to the sales and marketing and help grow the business through timely service and ensuring customer satisfaction
•Building up the Customer Relationship Management with customers
•Order processing;
•Handling import-export documentation, letter of credit documentation
•Interacting with the customers, taking feedback about the services rendered.
•Placing orders to various suppliers
•Developing and upgrading the Suppliers as per the Company’s norm & policy
•Coordinate shipments, optimize by consolidations and ensure correctness of shipping documentation

Working as a
Handling the purchase of Non-Veg. products viz. Chicken, Eggs, Mutton and Non-Veg Processed Products.
•Handle the purchase of Packaging material required for the Non-Veg. Products.
•Visit to the vendors, developing and upgrading the vendors as per the company’s norm & policy.
•Carrying out regular market survey for benchmarking the rates.
•Co-ordinate with the Processing (Operation) team and the Purchase team.
•Act as a co-coordinator between the Non-Veg. Dept. and other inter-office departments.
•Preparing the various reports related to purchase, sales of the non-veg. category, presentations.
•Carry out regular visits to the company’s outlets in order to understand the front-end requirements, interact with the customers to understand their requirement, needs, satisfaction.
•Carry out assignments at the store shop-floor to increase the sales of the non-veg. category.
