SOURCING SCREENING & SHORTLISTING
• Sourcing & Short listing CV’s for various Contract Hire Recruitment & Direct Hire Recruitment
• Sourcing the candidates from job portals and monitor usage of appropriate channels of recruitment based on operational needs from Regional or International Markets.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of CV’s for vacant jobs, determines applicant’s general suitability based on background and experience and highlight the discrepancies, if any. Prepares short list of potential candidates and send it for further assessment to the concerned divisions.
• Preparation and dispatch ‘Letter of Intent’ through E-mail to short-listed candidates for acknowledgement and acceptance.

INTERVIEWS / SELECTION / SALARY NEGOTIATION
• Conduct preliminary interviews and explain to the candidate’s terms and conditions, benefits related to the job.
• Arranging interviews of shortlisted candidates in coordination with the clients.
• Preparing Mobilization arrangements for the selected candidates.
• Propose salary offers and negotiate the package salary with the candidates and prepares employment contracts accordingly.
• Recruitment of all levels of candidates including Emirati’s - UAE Nationals.

• Check the Job Description / Synopsis and draft advertisements for publication in the local press and various Online Web Portals.
• Preparing Recruitment Advertisements for various Newspapers across the Globe in order to reach a wider circle of potential candidates, posting the jobs on various website and on company website.

• Receiving, checking and forwarding CVs as per client's enquiry.
• Receive and log all enquiries from major Oil Companies
• Evaluate a candidate against the job requirement by reviewing the qualification, certification, relevant experience, skills and salary details.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate the candidate’s competency.
• Communicate with the candidates to ensure they have a clear understanding of the job description and requirement. Negotiate the salary and benefits structure while siding with the client.

• Adoption of measures to end all transactions for staff (vacations, travel allowances, transportation, tickets and settlement services and advances, end of service).
• Maintain Employee files in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Update employee files and records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner.
• Ensure that our policies & procedures are in compliance with UAE Labor Law and difference government regulations
• To monitor on regular basis the application data bank to maintain an up to date system for future reference use.
• To Coordinate with our PRO to ensure timely processing of all visas and travel / Hotel accommodation arrangements for all the candidates coming overseas for a personal Interview with Clients
• Organizing the paperwork required for attaining a visit or employment visa for selected candidates, further arranging their air tickets and hotel accommodation.
• Interviewing and conducting attribute test for candidates applying for administrative positions
• Drafting correspondences with the clients as required by superior.
• Well versed with Advertisement Job Portals like Naukri gulf, Expat engineer, monster.com, gulf talent, rigzone, dubbizle, Jobs Abudhabi.
• Daily follow up with our client for the status of the submitted resumes, Feedback on the short listed candidates for Telephone / Personal Interviews.
• Preparing the Appointment letter, contract and salary certificates for our employees.
• Receiving C3B Forms from our Clients, checking, signing and forwarding to the company.
• Independent correspondence with clients / other external agencies for various matters and follow-ups.
