Worked as HR executive/ Contact executive in ICRISAT ( International crop research institute of semi erid tropies) for almost 14 months.And I used to recruit the labour or staff for the required roles according to the organisation requirements.And pay the monthly salaries to them.And maintaing the staff Attendance and maintenance the details of them.Reapomding to the HR mails as well.It was good working experience in ICRISAT and improved my knowledge and skills in the respective role.
