Reviewing & monitoring the existing portfolio in order to improve the existing
relationships and quality of the asset book.
Completion of the security documentation within stipulated timelines and lodgement of
documentation with Credit Administration/Disbursement Departments
Monitoring and analysing the Bank’s Asset portfolio to identify Early Warning Signals and providing MIS to support the decision-making process in order to mitigate any credit losses to the Bank.
Monitoring the adherence / compliance of the Bank’s Asset portfolio to the CBSL guidelines, Bank’s internal guidelines and other regulatory guidelines.
Performing necessary analysis and stress testing to ensure the quality of the credit lending portfolio and forecast the impact on the business with prevailing trends.
