Job Responsibilities:
Maintain client relationship during the policy year (visit clients, complaints and escalation handling, reports discussion) as per commitment
Apply quotes and negotiating terms with brokers and business clients.
Effective coordination with external and internal stakeholders for client solution.
Successfully conduct renewal activities.
Ensure proper and smooth client onboarding.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, internal reports and documented processes as per protocol
Prepare reports as required by management pertaining in reviewing client’s experience
Provide support for adhoc tasks related to the team / branch functions
• Promote a positive company image.
• Submit offers and quotations to clients.
• Decide if applications for insurance cover (risks) should be accepted .
• Study various insurance proposals.
• Calculate possible risk and deciding how much individuals or organizations should pay for insurance.
• Negotiate terms with policyholders or their brokers.
• Issue the fleet policies.
• Handle all motor customer queries.
• Apply quotes and negotiating terms with brokers and business clients.
• Decide if any special conditions should apply to policies.
• Act on behalf of the Insurance Supervisor for more than 6 months.
• Directly interact with clients and potential clients
• Provide superior, and a consistent quality of travel services to sell Airline tickets, travel related products and leisure travel products.
• Handle complex transactions and advise clients on the finer points of difficult itineraries, as well as provide them with efficient travel solutions and up to date information.
• Process Standard fares and ticketing tasks
• Lead Front Office system/Airline Reservation systems which mainly include Amadeus/Galileo
• Handle transactions and answer customer questions.
• Interact with customers and give provide information enquiries about products or services
• Understand the customer’s problems and also resolve complaints.
• Help a customer decide what product or service would be suitable for their needs
• Keep records of transactions and maintain a database of information
• Receive and process new client accounts.
• Implement requested changes to existing accounts and perform other account maintenance and clerical duties as requested.
• Communicate with the customers through various ways like in telephone, regular mail, in person, email, fax and internet
• Issuing of International air flight tickets. • Manage front desk activities to deliver guest requests.
