Joined Dubai Parks & Resorts corporate IT team as a member of the pre-opening IT management team. Oversight on IT program governance, budget & establishing an IT operating model.
• Pre-opening IT program governance, circa USD 140M program budget, across 3 programs. Passive & Security ICT Infrastructure, Active ICT Infrastructure & Smart Services (Web Portals, business apps, business intelligence & integration).
• Establishment of IT program governance - Smart Parks Steering committee & PMO reviews.
• Definition of IT Operating Model - IT functions, IT Organization design & outsourcing strategy.
• IT Policies & processes design.
• Establishment of IT Portfolio function - Post opening CAPEX, OPEX, chargeback model & IT procurement.

Joined Jumeirah Group in 2006 as IT PMO Manager, rose through promotions to be Director of IT Strategy & Governance, leading IT governance & portfolio functions reporting to the VP - Information Technology.
• IT Financial Planning - Capital & Operational Expenditure.
• Overall IT financial management - IT procurement, review & approval of CAPEX & Operational expenditure.
• Review of IT contracts and strategic technology partnerships.

business processes across the organization.
• Project manager for the implementation of Oracle HRMS Applications for John Keells Computer Services (JKCS).

varied business domains including Oil & Gas, Telecommunication and Manufacturing.

implementation of IS infrastructure projects.
