• Preparing compliance statements for consultant's comments.
• Control of Project Manpower, Equipment s, machineries and tools.
• Interaction with Commissioning team, procurement team, sales team and design team.
• Commissioning ELV systems through commissioning engineers.
• Taking charge of project on behalf of the company and managing the project until handover.
