Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of all ship electrical system and BMS Nordstroms cement self unloading system.
• Assist to the installation of BMH Nordstroms system which was carried out by Swedish Engineers and Chinese engineers

• Company has run 02 shifts per day. Every shift has a junior production manager to take over responsibility of particular shift.
• Make sure all the production related machineries are in good condition to Perform routine works
• Make sure all the utility services in the production plant (electricity, refrigeration etc.) are in good condition to assist the production
• Make sure necessary raw material stock is available to carry out the production on particular day.
• Ensure that the production total is beyond or full fill the set target on that particular shift.
• Make sure that the finished product meets the said quality level

Responsible for entire production plant of computer hard discs and perform flowing duties and responsibilities,
• Maintenance of the machines related to the production
• Maintenance & control the parameters of the clean room within the Following levels- We manufactured our product in inside a clean room which room temperature is 25 centigrade, relative humidity 55%, static pressure Greater than 2mm H2 O, dust control up to 0.3 micro particle size (using HEPA filters) and static electricity is well controlled.
• Make sure all the production related machines well and in good condition To do their routine works
• Prepare and update preventive and corrective maintenance plan & carry on as schedule

• Support the ISO 9002 quality consultant to write the quality manual of the company.
• Conducted several audits in department wise to make sure that they are in business as exactly described in quality manual.
• Assist to implement the awareness of quality through out the company employees by arranging lectures, training sessions, workshops related to the quality concepts.
