Welcoming Guest during check in, handling guest complaints, overseeing VIP
Guests, arrivals and departure, Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a
busy environment
• TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT-Providing expert advice and coaching to
employees/Freshers/Trainees where appropriate
• Keeping detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements, room
occupancy, room rates, current promotions, offer and packages.
• Maintain all guest folios and type out necessary guest likes and dislikes to the
appropriate fields on the profile.
Act as a Liaison between senior Vice president and marketing team, other
division of Calvin Klein and external partners.
• Assist in managing and planning of corporate events
• Collect marketing activities for weekly marketing update meetings
• Training and development of the trainees.
• Employee Engagement that involved creating, developing and launching
comprehensivetraining program for the client-facing team.
