Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision ensuring efficient space
utilization.
o Maintaining high quality standards, adhering warehouse safety, hygiene and security procedure as per
regulatory requirements for Dubai Municipality inspection.
o Managing stock control by conducting stock take with the stock reconciliation report at the end of each
month.
o Receiving inbound shipment - supervising and monitoring accuracy of documentation for all incoming
shipments in compliance with the customs regulations.
o Outbound Shipments - coordinating delivery as per set schedule and liaises with logistics department,
shippers, freight forwarders, drivers to ensure target met on time.
o Supervising product development and packaging team for timely deliveries.
o Working closely with the production to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase and exercise budgetary
control over warehouse operations.
o Plan, direct and administers all aspects of the company warehouse.
o Motivate, organize and manage performance of the warehouse staff to ensure set productivity targets met.
o Receiving feedback, resolving queries from all department and recommend improvement process in quality
of service provided with accuracy.
o Performing other related duties as assigned by Management.

o Plan, direct and administers all aspects of the company warehouse including requisitions, receiving,
storing, stocking and distributing a wide variety of materials and supplies to appropriate customer.
o Supervising and coordinating the loading and unloading of all transportation fleet.
o Expertise in warehousing & inventory management contributing to improved efficiency and nearly
100% accuracy in order tracking & processing using NAVISION & WMS.
o Accuracy and completeness of order picks & outgoing shipments.
o Handling route planning and co-ordination of logistics for overseas distribution of stock.
o Performing stock audits which helps in verifying stock, stock forecasting and identifying loses.
o Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area and inspecting the physical condition of the
warehouse and goods; assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
o Responding to all inquiries for referring to appropriate resources.
o Drive end-to-end order-to-delivery for assigned customers within committed timeframe.
o Establish strong engagement with the Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collections, Supply Chain and
Logistic teams to ensure commitment to customers regards to order & service delivery.
o Monitor and Manage Customers order, their shipment requirements and delivery schedules.
o Ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
o Verifying required paperwork with drivers and ensure all products are accounted while loading.
o Responsible for trailor leasing and van leasing.
o Preparing work orders for passing, repairs and replacement of trailors, forklift and other vehicles.
o Distribution of documentation pertaining to worker / vehicle accidents.
o Recruitment of warehouse personnel and their salary considerations
o Managing 200 plus staff on daily basis.
o Coordinate with various department heads to ensure smooth operations of warehouse activities.
