•Running monthly US Payroll (300) while verifying times with tax compliance closing on federal
•Running monthly Indian payroll for workers (500) with India tax compliance taxes
•Account management while submission of Softex, MPR’s QPR’s and APR’s at STPI
•Managing diverse accounting functions in accounts and finance activities
•Maintain constant cordial relation with Stakeholders/Back end team/US Team and Auditors
•Monitoring the activity of sub staff and reviewing of assigned schedule, ensuring accuracy in accounting while cost control within budget
•Maintaining quality standards, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action.
•Taking the necessary steps for the improvement of projects performance while doing accounting
•Coordinating with work groups for ensuring adherence to quality standards. Directing, motivating & training team for obtaining optimum performance.
•Vendor Management and vetting of legal agreements of vendors

•Completing statutory internal audit before commencement of Audit
•Verifying Bank reconciliations of Banks and Closing balances of Debtors and Creditors
•Consolidation of different verticals of business and Year end accounts finalization
•Preparing MIS reports on different management requirements
•Preparing schedules for Audit as per companies Act
•Coordination with Auditors while Audit work in progress
•Attending Auditor’s for clarification of doubts before submission yearly company returns to Income tax Department
Direct & Indirect Taxes:
•US Federal Taxes and India TDS Payments monthly and etds upload of TDS data quarterly Issuing Form16A Form 16 as per statutory norms to Vendors and Employees
•PF /PT/ESI deposits and Annual returns Reconciliation to support tax audits
•Statutory Audit preparation, assistance and closing with the Auditors
•In depth understanding in GST. Compliance & planning towards Service tax on services as well products with well knowledge and command on statutory compliance of indirect taxation
•Drive the Foreign Trade Policy such as EXIM Policy related to business operations
•Work with internal & external team to Interpretation issues on all tax related matters
•Handled queries related to Customs, Excise, and STPI Departments
•Providing expertise for tax planning as well as tax compliance to optimize tax benefits
•Ensured benefits under the several schemes under GST, Foreign Trade Policy
