•Coordinate with the technical department for the technical terms of the service level agreements (SLA).
•Keep the agreements/contracts details in an agreement register and watch the expiry/renewal dates of each.
•Manage all the contractual issues and dispute resolution between Sudatel and the International Carriers and operators and provide a monthly report about the pending issues.
•Manage the invoicing process for each of the services offered to international customers, approve, and communicate it to the customers in perfect alignment to the terms of the contracts/agreements. Archive the invoices electronically and physically.
•Manage the verification of the invoices raised by the international carriers on Sudatel, the electronic and the physical archiving of the received invoices, and checking the records of the carriers/upstream providers to reconcile, before the payment, against international voice traffic settlement if the net figure is receivable to Sudatel.
•Approve the reconciliations and forward them to the finance department for accounting.
•Follow up the collection/payment to with finance department and provide it with the payments terms and liabilities when necessary.
•Prepare and follow up the payment calendar for Sudatel’s share of submarine cables as per the signed agreements terms and follow up the due payments in coordination with finance department.
•Manage the relationship with the regulatory body in a way that is beneficial to the International business of Sudatel.
•Coordinate with the international carriers that to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
•Manage the full delivery of the customer’s service in coordination with the customer and the technical support of Sudatel.
•Liaise with technical teams for monitoring the network utilization, application development, and support.
•Make sure that all planned outages are communicated by Sudatel NOC to the customers.
•Manage the credit claims for the unplanned outages from the customers and execute the associated terms of the agreements/contracts.
•Continuously optimise interconnect between operators (quality and charge), and terminate losing routes, and re-route the associated traffic via cost-effective ones.
