Ensuring that all engineering work is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements. With due regards to safety, operability and maintainability.
Duties:
• Managing projects from conception, production through to completion.
• Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams. .
• Managing project budgets during the execution and keeping costs down.
• Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
• Responsible for the completion of all documentation.
• Producing Test Plans and reports.
• Prepare & Control documentation at Site.
• Planning the Logistics On site Daily Activity Plan.
• Handling the Sub contractors of various works & suppliers on site.
• Quality review & Progress meeting with sub-contractor, client, architects & consultant.
• Coordinating the site requirements with the office on daily basis.
• Controlling & monitoring the progress of site.
• Monitoring & Control of execution of the project.
• Checking with the production team to get material delivery as per the project plan.
• Coordinating with the design team for drawings & Structural calculations.
• Coordinating with the suppliers for the local purchase required on the site.
• Weekly meetings with planning engineers of main contractor regarding the status of Project & Production & Progress report on site.
• Preparing & submitting monthly invoice for the works done as per the quotation to the main contractor.
• Checking the IR Reports & Inspections of the executed works.
• Submission of MIRs for the delivery of fabricated materials from the factory.
• Checking the materials as per required approved technical specification.
• Checking & inspections of the works carried out on site.
• Submission of Inspection request for the works done on site.
• Attending and rectifying the comments by the consultants during the field inspections for the IR’s.
• Closing of the NCR’s raised by the consultants with the preventive action and corrective action.
• Ensuring Mock-up done as per the required specification and attending & rectifying all the required comments raised by the consultants for the mock-up.

• Ensuring safe working conditions for workers working on site as per safety engineer’s requirements.
• Checking and nominating required sub contractors for the works on site.
