• Developed and implemented comprehensive project plans & schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project
• Presented the schedule updates, schedule deviation and delays to the stakeholders and prepared the visual presentation concerning interim and major milestone
• Collaborated with cost estimators/QSs to Monitor Project Costs and ensured expenditures are within budgetary allocations
• Directed Contractor for Efficient Resource Allocation, minimize resource wastage and ensured timely activity completion
• Identified delay events, retained contemporary records, analyzed and reviewed EOT claims.

• Provided the support to prepare the relevant documentation pertaining to the project including scope of services, procurement plans and projects execution plans
• Assisted to prepare the Contract documents, cost estimation, bid evaluation and updated the procurement plan
• Monitored the project progress and KPIs in each phase, evaluated the schedules and presented the schedule updates to the management teams
• Maintained accurate and up to date project documentation including schedules, monthly and quarterly progress reports, meeting minutes, safety and environmental monitoring records.
• Identified delay events, maintained contemporary records and evaluated the EOT claims
• Reviewed slippage reports, recovery programs and contingency plans and presented to the management
• Assisted in preparing regular progress reports, monthly report with program analysis and recommendations and prepared presentation regarding the work progress

• Assisted to prepare the 2-weeks Look Ahead Plans, recovery plans and accelerated plans
