 Carry out sufficient level of independent supervision of the construction, fit-out and installation activities to be able to verify that is carried out in accordance with the issued for construction (IFC) working/installation drawings, project technical specification, approved method statements, approved inspection and test plan and the local regulations.
 Advise of any short comings with the contractor’s site supervision and recommends corrective action to be taken.
 Review and validate hazard analysis and job safety management procedures.
 Participate in the review of the completed works, monitoring the close out of any non-conformances or outstanding items.
 Review and monitor the implementation of the quality, safety and environmental management plans in accordance with the contract requirement.
 Validate that the installation of materials which are subject to Employer’s approval are installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and relevant fire testing reports and certification.
 Certify that the completed works have been carried out in accordance with the design drawings approved by the statutory authorities, the IFC drawings, the material specifications and good practice was followed in terms of workmanship.


 Certify the as built drawing and package quality documentation as being true and accurate record of what has been constructed.
 Witness and certify that testing and commissioning is adequate for the statutory authorities to carry out their site inspections prior to issue of the occupation permits.

• Conduct & performed site visit & electrical inspections for the completed works to monitor progress & ensure adherence to approved drawing, design project specifications, standard codes, and regulations.
• Supervised and monitored the electrical works of contractors and provided guidance to guarantee seamless execution at site.
• Review and approve shop drawing for all electrical works, material submittal, method statement and other project documents to identify any discrepancies or potential issues during implementation.

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team on maintaining the Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB), Ground Power unit(GPU) and Pre-Conditioned Air unit (PC AIR) inside Hamad International Airport
• Acting as Maintenance Team Leader in general.
• Schedule the Preventive Maintenance on each unit including shutdown request daily.
• Prepare daily maintenance report to the client including corrective works & bridge breakdown/shutdown
