Certify that the completed works have been carried out in accordance with the design drawings approved by the statutory authorities, the IFC drawings, the material specifications and good practice was followed in terms of workmanship.
Certify the as built drawing and package quality documentation as being true and accurate record of what has been constructed.
Witness and certify that testing and commissioning is adequate for the statutory authorities to carry out their site inspections prior to issue of the occupation permits.
