Find new customers of Horeca and build good business relationship with the them.
Inform the customers about the new stock ETA status and create business deal with them.
Monitor the competitor’s market activities and inform the principal about customer’s feedback.
Make the trade deal with Hypermarket & Supermarkets
Coordinate with the merchandisers and arrange the products as per the planogram
Always give the products ad in monthly and weekend promotions in customer’s booklet.
Observe the competitor activities and take the necessary actions
Give exclusive promotions to the special customers and avoid the near expiry issues
Remind the payment terms to the customers and collect all the payments on time.
QNIE & BRF Federal Foods
Taking care of Horeca customers in Qatar.
Negotiate with tender customers and fix the price for the tender period
Taking orders from Traders and try to give them trade deal and special offers
Avoid back charges from tenders, for that monitor and reserve the stock and inform the brand manager
Find the new customers and build good relations and try to get the payments on time from the customers.
Make the report in excel and import the data from sap and send to the sales manager
Observe the competitor activities and take the necessary actions
Selling Air-condition parts and different brand compressors
Prepare the OPSI and Forecast and monthly pre call for the compressor business
Monthly meeting with Principles and make the repot for merchandise category and customer vise
Develop customer relation and make new dealers and create the new credit contract
Place the order for spare parts and fill the customer needs.
Report to the Line Manager and ensure him the payment collected on time.
This Company is active in selling FMCG items to Hotels, Restaurants and Traders and some of the Hypermarkets & Supermarket. Daily visit the customers and get know the details their needs. Follow up and negotiate with the customers and fix the deal and send the items. Slow moving items push to the customers with trade deal and sales promotion. Always try to send the items to customers on their requested delivery date and time and follow up the payment collection
