Roles and Responsibilities
•Project bidding comparing with the market rate for the new projects.
•Preparation of detailed BOQ’s with studying of technical requirement of the DM, DCD, TECOM, Trakhees and as per the Building fit out Manual.
•Monitors and evaluates vendor performance and contract compliance; investigates and resolves complaints, complex problems and discrepancies related to procurement function.
•Advice on tendering procedures and contract arrangements for all Civil, Interior & fit-out & MEP packages.
•Attending meeting with the client related to projects queries.
•Site visit for getting new projects.
•Preparing variation Statement for client submission.
•Send Enquiry to vendor regarding projects specified materials.
•Preparing rate analysis.
•Preparing of comparison of Cost Price Vs. Selling price.
