partially supporting the trade marketing for P&L of the business unit.
-Aligned and managed the distribution of the sales team to achieve sales objectives, while building capability for future
growth.
- Aligned with business partners for the business related opportunities and Kpi’s to build the brand
- Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the sales team with the development of long range and
annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
- Define new RTM and by setting up a dedicated sales structure for efficiency and productivity.
- Successfully handling 27 Agencies with 58 Brands under the division’s portfolio.
-Leading, directing, planning, organising and managing with complete responsibility for the P&L of the business unit.
- Leads the consumer goods division with the accountability of defining goals & objectives and developing strategies and evaluate those goals.
-Responsible for managing the whole year plan including business plan, budget plans, brand business growth with all brand principles.
- Directly dealing with all principles related to business growth, annual plans, budgets and setting KPI’s
