Prepare the stock report of raw @ packaging materials on daily basis
• Report any supply impact due to materials shortage
• Source for best suppliers to supply raw and packaging materials
• Update Pos condition and delivery dates on SAP ERP.
• Inventory management to prevent any overcapacity inventory or shortage.
• Share the production supply plan updates with production team on a monthly basis
• Work om the materials requirement planning system ( MRP ) to determine the optimum order quantity
Request for quotation from the right and approved suppliers
• Negotiate for the best purchase conditions

• Sourcing for new suppliers on a regular basis

Monitoring daily distribution process from DCs to key customers.
