- Securing the HO LAN at the access switches level.
- Implemùenting VSS and Improving the datacenter design.
- Connecting new service centers to the Telecom backbone by configuring routers (E1 and multilink).

Managing Active Directory under Windows 2003 server (creation of groups and users, password resetting and issue troubleshooting).
