Worked as a Staff Reporter from year 1985 to 1992. Promoted as Senior Staff Correspondent in year 1992. Promoted as Principal Correspondent in the year 1994. Again promoted as Special Correspondent in the year 1998. Have experience of writing book reviews, features, special articles and attending press conferences and one on one interactions.
Alongside taught Journalism-Reporting at the prestigious DAV PG College, Dehradun for three years.
Was regular guest Faculty of Reporting at Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Chandigarh for three years.
