*Managing all projects, Reports and escalate to management as needed. *Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. *Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. *Ensure resource availability and allocation. *Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track projects. *Manage allocated company resources to safely meet the demands of projects for which I am responsible. *Ensure that all contracted project liabilities, obligations and rights are understood and controlled. *Ensure that project costs and scope and variation pricing are well controlled so the company profit is optimized. *Build customer confidence and satisfaction so that the company is best placed to win extension business. *Manage revenues and expenditures to ensure that cash usage/generation is better than or equal to forecast. *Ensure that project risks are understood, identified and managed. *Ensure project and team compliance with:

b. Internal health, safety, environmental and quality control requirements
c. Internal financial controls and approvals
Project Executed:
Presidential Palace: (Package 4: “Palace of H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Al Maktoum” & Package 5:“Palace of the Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammad Bin Khalifa”) / contract amount 300M
Tasks and Duties:
Responsible in packages 4 & 5 for all the joinery works: Doors, wall &ceiling paneling, ceiling wooden beams, mosaic and mother of pearl ceiling panels and wall panels.
Responsible in package 4 for all the Fit-Out works: Marble works including water jet cut flooring and onyx with back-light for walls and ceiling, MEP coordination with all sub-contractors, IT works, GRG ceilings, Special paint works, Glass & mirror works, Cast aluminum works, Titanium metal cladding and all the fit-out for the panoramic lifts.
Directed and negotiated terms with the Consultant, Contractors, Suppliers. Coordinated the planning and scheduling with all concerned parties, identifying the needs and providing solutions when required. Initiated continual efforts to improve operations with quality and satisfaction of all parties involved in the project. Achieves operational objectivesby contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; Preparing and completing action plans; Resolving problems that may arise at the site, Reporting to the Senior Project manager about the status of the project and attending regular progress and workshop meetings with the Clients, Consultants and Main Contractor on the project

Tasks and Duties: (for all projects executed)
Develops and maintains a detailed projects schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project; Participate in team meetings; Prepare minutes of meetings, presentations and logs; Ensure adherence to deadlines; Secure all the detailed schedule which include all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, project review and acquisition, detailed design, material procurement, installation, test and turn-up site and system acceptance. Responsible to track project changes and procedures updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management; Compile summary documents, material development plan, management summary and target material profile; Provides updates on current work orders, scheduling of sub-contractors or any potential delays in completion; Coordinates with the Procurement department, FF&E department and Commercial department regarding the materials to be approved; Dealing with the Client, Consultant about the material submittal and updates. Travelling under my required jobs to monitor various sites at their respective locations in the Middle East.

Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for 3 floors Fit Out works (12, 000sqm) of offices, meeting rooms, services, receptions, lounges areas, maps display area, prayer rooms, conference areas and management suite area.
The project won the prize of: “2010 Best Design for Offices in UAE”.
A modern designed like Indirect Lightning in ceiling and walls and floors, marble and wooden flooring, wooden cladding for ceiling and walls, special carpets, special lights, artworks, high technologies system (self-door opening, face readers, sensors for switches, etc.)

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel / Dubai /
Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for the general maintenance and balance works for all the hotel rooms (6floors) as per punch lists, site requirements, client requests.
General maintenance consists of AC works (thermostat, air flow, noise), fire system, electrical and IT items (lights, chandelier, globes, electrical curtain, access card), plumbing, parquet flooring, ceramic, marble and stone cladding, mirrors, joinery and furniture, hardware items, special painting, wallpapers and FF&E items.

Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for the 2 floors (3, 000sqm.) of offices areas, meeting rooms and management suite area.
The executed work done in Offices areas are MEP, IT, Gypsum and glass partition, bulkheads and 60x60 ceilings, screed, floor boxes, carpet, parquet, wallpaper, furniture and joinery works.
Provides Islamic design for the Management Suite with Mashrabiya, parquet flooring, marble design, wooden cladding for ceilings & walls, mashrabiya cladding on glass partitions.

Maison Sez “Haute Couture” / Abu Dhabi /
Tasks and Duties:
Redesigning and reconstructing a 600sqm villa to a high-end private women clothes shop.
The villa consist of 3 floors: Ground floor for reception area, service area and two cloth display areas / 1st floor for display areas (Paris and London styles design) / 2nd floor for the management office area.

Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for all Joinery of the 63 storeys tower for the apartment, gym, spa and restaurant.
Installation & handing over the tower for different types of: 4, 200 doors; 360 kitchen unit; 600 wardrobes; 1200 vanity units; wooden panels.

Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for the joinery works of 22 storeys tower that consist of:
Offices (400nos.), cabin doors (400nos.), wooden skirting. / Public areas: 600 different types of doors; double doors; fire rated doors. / President and Vice President Office and Meeting Rooms: wooden ceiling, wall cladding, furniture, decorative works, panel and meeting tables. / Reception: wooden ceiling, counters, veneer panel for wall cladding, and stainless steel curved frames around the lifts. / Lobby 16th and 18th floor: wall cladding, stainless steel frames, wooden painted ceiling in all lobby floors, 8pcs of reception desks and cabinets panels. / Cafeteria: all the food counters and service tables. / Auditorium: wooden beams, Acoustic panel installation, projection room counter. / Gymnasium: wall cladding, decorative glass ceiling, mirrors and furniture. / Boardroom: large table, wooden ceiling, wall cladding and furniture.

Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for 161 Apartments that consists of 1200 different types of doors, entrance door panels, large veneered MDF frames.
Responsible for Ground and First Floor that consists of 100 different types of doors (offices as well as public areas).
Responsible for 300 fire rated doors for all the floors (staircase, electrical and IT rooms, kitchens).

Renovation of main and lateral elevations (wall cladding, steel and glass panels as well as artistic paint)
