• Preparing and analyzing budgets, then tracking, reporting, and analyzing the
budget variances
• Reviewing the companys financial statements to ensure they are accurate
• Providing accurate month-end financial reports to management, including profit
and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Recommending changes in policies and procedures that will improve financial
performance
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations
• Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability and
to strategize ways to minimize waste

• Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.

to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

• Reporting to the owners, and providing advice how the company and future
business decisions might be impacted.
• Developing long-term business plans based on financial reports, and strategies that
work to minimize financial risks.

• Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is

• Preparing Cash Flows (in - out), Trial Balances, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
• Performing comparative studies to reduce costs and increase revenues.
• Preparing employees payroll.
• Monitoring and controlling accounts payable and receivable.
• Handling bank & Petty cash monthly reconciliation.
• Making recommendations to the board of directors for improvements in internal management.
• Negotiating with suppliers to collect discounts.
• Collaborating with external auditors to ensure a clean and timely yearend audit.
• Preparing social security declaration, value added taxes, taxes on salaries and the yearly income tax.
• Preparing the schedule of amortization and depreciation of the fixed assets.
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance
• Handling the administrative documents such as day-off, leave request, & salary certification.
• Performing a monthly random audit on the stock in the warehouse and a comprehensive inventory twice per year.
• Training, motivating and controlling the work of the accountants in order to achieve higher effectiveness and
efficiency according to the policy.

• Preparing all financial reports requested by the Finance manager (P&L - Cost Control …)

• Auditing all transactions in accounting dpt (Check issuing, Suppliers & Bank accounts, Accounts reconciliation…)
• In charge of a newly implemented fixed assets.
• Ensuring Hospitals Assets are properly recorded and protected, by conducting periodic physical counts.
• In charge of re-designing the stock management and purchasing software.
• Arranging and supervising Inventory counts of the stock and responsible for a regular unscheduled stock counts in
Stores.
• Reviewing invoices, bills, vouchers, and other documents for corrections before data entry and archiving.
• Preparing accounting transactions and related data entry accordingly (suppliers invoices, VAT …)
