(glassware, chinaware, silverware…), responsible of the operation, staff, schedule, rotation,

cash, inventory adjustment, monthly reports, promoting and evaluating the staff, general
meetings, training, wastage, production, quality control, checklists, PNL, follow up the guest
problems, fixing the guest problems.

branch.
Responsible of the opening, standards, training for all the
staff (Filipino), schedule, rotation, bar cost, quality control, audit, service excellence, inventory,
invoices, making and receiving orders, inventory adjustment, coordinating directly with the
office, petty cash, PNL.
Covering the manager absence, responsible of the schedule,
assign section, fixing the guests problems, trainings for the staff, checklists, inventory,
invoices, doing the orders.
Taking orders (I had a training concerning all the selling
techniques), respecting my schedule, responsible of the deep cleaning, train the new staff.
Started as a barista doing all kinds of coffee
and deserts, promoted to waiter and then to a supervisor we didn’t have a manager so I
was responsible of the restaurant.
Duties : covering the day off of the chef, responsible of the staff,
train the staff, covering the barista day off, responsible of the checklists, schedule, and assign
section, inventory, invoices, receiving orders, checking the quality and the quantity.
Make coffee and sandwiches; sell donuts, close the cash,
