Head of Retail Projects & Control - Retail Banking:

- Engaged in playing a key role in Strategic Retail Projects, Retail Transformation, Process Optimization, Controls & Budgets.
- Performs strategy formulation, development, implementation and evaluation to advance operational success.
- Focusing on people side of change - including changes to optimizing processes, increasing transaction migration to digital channels, customer onboarding, customer experience, automations and centralizing processes to free up time for branch FTEs.

In addition to Retail Projects, ensuring branches are performing operational transactions according to approved policies & procedures through direct managing the Area Operations Managers and indirect management of the Branches Operations Managers in order to adhere with satisfactory audit reports & smooth branches operations.

Total of 92 reporting staff - (8 direct).

2005 - Senior Manager
Head of Direct Sales Department

Launched Central Sales Team in ABK, recruited, trained & managed successfully a team formed of 45 productive staff, exceeded set targets more than 65% of total retail distribution, mainly new prospects: Salaried accounts (Different tiers, segments), Loans, Credit Cards & Low Deposits.

2003 - Retail Sales Manager
Introduced & nurtured sales culture in Retail Banking for all branches employees - which required close coordination and monitoring with all staff through daily follow-up, introduced "Targets", weekly Branch Mgrs. meetings, Weekly Relationship Officers meetings, continuous awareness & skill programs with periodical reports.
