leveraging employees' skills.
 Support employees in achieving career goals through the Performance Development Policy and annual
reviews.
 Ensure all Customer Care team service levels (KPIs) are met, maintaining adherence to quality systems,
regulatory compliance, and risk management standards.
 Identify and implement procedures that improve operational efficiency and uphold SNB Bank's Customer
Care Support service expectations.
 Actively pursue continuous improvements to the operation with the support of the high management to enable
the organisation to minimise costs and delight customers.
