Accountable for managing the delivery of strategic, critical business, functional / technical process’s, tasks management on all layers of the organization (Business, Information, Applications & Technology) to help them better achieve their strategic goals, using Enterprise Architecture as the platform for organizational change, and Customer Experience Management as the main driver to achieve process excellence and better performance results.
Key Projects:
•Initiating e-Gate in Rafic Hariri Int’l Airport it’s a border control Project which consists of the newest technology in Airports Security. This technology is the next generation in the easy port crossing with the most enhanced security of the border processes through state-of-art technologies, Key activities: Managing the full cycle including the coordination with C & Sr. level in General Security, Civil Aviation and third parties SITA, Morpho, Thales etc..
•Assigned to prepare a Business Plan to setting up a Digital Media Unit.
•Advance Passenger Information (API), Passenger Name Record (PNR) using the Advance Passenger Processing (APP) SITA system for United Arab Emirates (UAE), KSA, Qatar and United Kingdom. Key activities Project Manager.
•Enterprise Architecture a strategic IT Business Partner using MEGA as Architecture Repository tool for this initiative. Key activities member in team to build Application architecture management with a detailed view of information exchanges between Applications, Services, Databases and Org-Units.
•Upgrading ORACLE EBS from R11.5.10 to R11.5.9 than to R12, Key activities managing the communications between functional, technical consultants and business users, tracking and reporting on each phase.
•Implementer Coordinator between AMADEUS and MEA for a migration project: “ALTEA Departure Control Flight &Customer Management”.
•Worked on the implementation of 11i Oracle HCM after Financial, my contribution was to assess the critical success factors, assist in the implementation of Core HR, Payroll, Costing and elements.
•SWIFT for Corporates and the integration with the banks Key activities Project Manager.
•e - Border whish’s a key component of the UK Government's border transformation program to deliver a modernized border control which is more effective, efficient and secure and meets the future operating needs of the border agencies. Key activities: Managing the full cycle.
•Digital Signage in Rafic Hariri Int’l Airport VIP Lounge &MEA Offices worldwide. Key activities: PM Managing the full cycle.
•IATCI &PNR servicing on behalf SKYTEAM Project. Key activities: Managing the full cycle.
•SABRE Air Price Management System in Middle East Airlines for the Commercial department. Key activities: Managing the full cycle.
Duties:
•Full life cycle: Analysis, documentation Operational Manuals, Business Requirements, Functional Analysis, CRP, UAT, Implementation plans, Test Scenarios, Identifying project risks and planning with appropriate people to resolve them.
•Consolidate and communicate the information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including C, Sr. levels, IT, Finance, Commercial, HCM, Purchasing etc…. to the rest of the team.
•Architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components, and application interfaces.
•Ensuring that the aspects of the architecture are driven by the business imperatives/client requirements of the organization and that the requirements driving the overall architecture are managed consistently and effectively.
•Managing Projects from initiating till closing.
•Reporting project progress to a project sponsors.
•Granting users access to the systems with the required functionalities.
•Promptly escalating any quality or integrity issues.
•RFP’s and Go Live Support.
