• On call support base with client request and concerns in service 24x7.
• Manage and handle incidents report raised by Clients to ensure it will resolve within SLA.
• Field Support for implementation, installation, configuration and troubleshooting for Avaya Aura and IP Office PABX.
• Implementation, configuration and administration of AVP / CM 7.1 / 8.1 Duplex / Utility Services / System Manager / Session Manager / WebLM / Media Gateways.
