Distribution and tracking of controlled copies of technical documents.
Archiving of original contract documents (including documenting of issue history).
Originating, implementing and maintenance of EDMS such as ACONEX system and filing system for document control.
Electronic archiving and filing control of soft copies.
Control the flow of technical filing documents and file in a systematic order for easy retrieval using the database logging registration.
Performing quality checks on documents prior to receipt and distribution.
Supporting all departments (Design, Construction, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC & Commercial) with tracking, retrieving and distribution of projects documents.
Handling/updating outstanding information from Client/Consultant.
Managing and submittals, RFIs, letters, logs, minutes of meetings and permits using Unifier System and Excel.
Develops and maintains computerized spreadsheets of the latest drawings/documents and ensure all are properly transmitted and filed and easy to track.
Communicating with team members, subcontractors, and consultants to successfully meet targeted goals
Assists Project Management team with all activities related to Document Management

Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily e-mails and documents deliveries from and to other site offices

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Maintaining register for incoming and outgoing documents with received copies from Client, Consultant, Sub-contractor, Supplier and Site Team
Maintaining proper filing of Client, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, Site Team, LPO’s, Material Request and Miscellaneous types of Documents
Maintain a document section necessity such as fax, photocopying, and binding machines
