- Professionally handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing accurate product information and services offered by the Hotel.
- Delivers high quality service through email and phone inquiries.

- Ensures that the back end of all running and new mobile services (SMS, MMS, Wap and Web) are running and properly set up so that no errors will be encountered.
- Responsible for fixing technical errors directed to Operations Officer and to give long term solution to avoid occurring errors.
- Daily monitors all services offered by the company, making sure no errors were encountered.
Creating new ideas and presenting it to the Manager for approval.
- Handles and oversee new projects for development until the product is launched to the public.
- Processing standard services that will be offered to all the network subscribers.
- In-charge of promoting promos and latest services on the website if Smart Communications.
- Edits and revised service (standard services) to be more suitable to the target market.
- First account handled is under Onstar, American produced cars.
- First liner, assisting customers with activating installed Onstar application systems in their newly bought cars, or pre owned cars.
- Second account handled is Citi Bank credit card.
