Review the Architectural plans/details and check for completeness of drawings.
•Responsible on providing construction/shop drawings for submission and site implementation.
•Coordinating drawings with Architectural/Structural for proper and correct implementation in site.
•Coordinate all necessary issues and concerns regarding site works and drawings to consultant and owners for clarification.
•Provide technical support on site engineering personnel to coincide with other construction/building trends.
•Responsible on ensuring completion of required drawings/construction works in a given time frame and schedule.
•Running weekly project coordination meetings and executes clash detection to ensure that issues are reviewed for solutions, concluded and monitored.
•Report to the Project Manager all matters pertaining Architectural works, work schedule and progress.
•Prepares presentations for visualization and implements weekly target for deliverables.

•3 Blocks, 5-Storey Residential Condominium Housing Development, Seletar Park Residence.
•Proposed Conservation and Redevelopment of Novena Church consisting of an existing single-storey conservation building, erection of a 2-storey church building with 2 basement carparks and to retain the existing 3-storey building for priest accommodation and supporting facilities at 300 Thomson Road Singapore 307653
Supervising multiple residential, condominium, medium rise projects and other miscellaneous work from design development to completion of project.
•Preparing Architectural and Engineering drawings to ensure completeness of details.
•Responsible on providing sketches and 3D drawings for visualization.
•Architectural Modeling and detailing based on the references given by the designer.
•Conducting weekly site/office coordination meeting with the General Contractors, Consultant and Sub-Contractors to monitor construction works, quality of works, requirements and progress.
•Man power supervising and punch listing to ensure the quality of work.
•Assist in coordinating bid process and other legal documents.
•Review As-Built drawings submitted by General Contractor for all Architectural works and other construction trends.
•Manage the approval of General Contractors’ samples as basis for the periodic inspection.
•Responsible on providing design solutions regarding site conflicts and issues.

Prepares concrete detail; Analyze and Review the general notes, specifications, structural plans, standard details to be followed in rebar detailing and other related documents and references of assigned projects;
•Check bar size, quantities, cutting lists, rebar arrangements and presentations used in different structures and projects.
•Ensure the quality of shop drawings to be sent in to site. Monitoring man power and work progress (cad operators).
•Monitor daily works to ensure the completeness of drawings and details before sending to the General Contractor.
•To ensure all the works are complete in a given time frame schedule.
