o Managing the 360-recruitment life cycle (Strategy - Briefing to Offer Stage) o Act as a Business Partner to business Managers to understand needs and provide insights and data's on talent trends (Europe/Middle East and Asia). o Stakeholder Management (Building truthful relationships, update on progress, cornerstone between candidates and business) o Implementing the whole sourcing & recruitment strategy for Eastern Europe countries as well as Thailand for Digital project. o Consulting & Coaching with Hiring Managers and business lines (IT, Supply chain, Product, Ecommerce, Infrastructure, Operations, Engineering, Data) o Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new talent. o Identify, engage and network a pool of candidate: Diversity & Inclusion, Women empowerment o Familiar using ATS: Team Tailor, LinkedIn Recruiter & Success Factor
Leading the IS/IT Consultants Team with a demonstrated history of working in, IT & Digital space in challenging and fast-moving arena: Retail, Luxury, Government entities, Start-Up & Industry.
• Talent Acquisition Management: o Provides full life cycle recruiting, liaising with stakeholders and clients to understand vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing top candidates (Just graduated to Senior profile). o Hiring talents digitally and remotely from around the world (20 countries) o Coordinate complex candidate interviews for our clients across multiple time zones and make travel arrangement for non-local candidates. o Training & Coaching candidates and consultants o Refers candidates and manages the sourcing funnel of interviews to/for our client and/or prospects. o Strong knowledge of the GCC's networking groups and professional communities o Understand company market positioning and branding to develop a compelling sales pitch to generate candidate interest o Regular Performance Management and follow-up
