with Signal Alliance to design and implement a full functional Unified
Communication Solution, which includes implementation of Microsoft Lync
Server, Exchange Server and SharePoint Server
* Advice all stakeholders of the change progress up to completion.
* Work with the project owner to define the scope of the Microsoft EA.
* Recommend changes where it is needed - using the change control process

• Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements.

through offsite storage and retrieval services.
* Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
* Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance
with established standards, policies, and configurations as defined by Customer.
