-Work inspection and documentation of Concrete and Asphaltic road Pavement.
-Work inspection Pre Pour and Post Pour Inspection
-Monitors Compressive cube strength test and also monitors design mix design
-Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Work Method Statement
-Work inspection and documentation of 75 km Odo elewe, Iwo road, Monatan, Oke Ado dualization in Ibadan metropolitan city
-Work inspection and documentation of Civil Works such as Concrete Walk-way, Storm water drainage, Lightening Pole foundation

-supervision of all building construction jobs in compliance with drawing
-mobilization/demobilization of human and machines in and out of construction site
-supervise concrete delivery and placement
-carry out both Pre pour and Post pour concrete inspection
-keep the document status and also preparation of work method statement
-supervision and involvement in of civil construction at Iguosa housing estate
-prepares documents for land acquisition
-control development in parastatal’s owned estates
-plan drawing and charting (layout plans)
-document control of Parastatals’ estates
-advise client on how to go about building their houses at a
reasonable cost
-ensure day to day running of the consultancy
-reviews drawings before given to client
-involvement in plan charting
-documentation of all local planning offices’ reports in line with
the building code
-involvement in development control exercises of urban area
-site inspections of proposed developments
